Air treatment

In many cases, air filtration processes require special cells with customized dimensions to meet specific operating conditions, flow rates and efficiency requirements.
Based on process data such as pressure, temperature, density, etc., we can calculate the correct cell dimensions and select the appropriate thickness and type of filter media to achieve the required efficiency while minimizing pressure drop.

Many industrial plants produce air pollutants or other types of gas streams that cannot be freely released into the atmosphere. For this reason, they require special filters capable of capturing these harmful and hazardous emissions and releasing only purified, non-toxic substances into the atmosphere. To this end, wire mesh demisters and vane packs are often used inside special scrubbers or vessels.
