2. Categories of Data Processed
2.1 Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response provided by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
2.2 Data provided by the Data Subject

3.2 Purpose 2
The data provided by the Data Subject, referred to in section 2.2, include messages voluntarily sent to the contact addresses in order to request information about the services provided and the products offered.
The legal basis for this purpose is the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party, or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the Data Subject, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (b) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.
The provision of data for this purpose is necessary in order to receive the requested information.
These data are stored at the premises of the Data Controller for the period necessary to fulfil the Data Subject’s request.
3.3 Purpose 3
The data provided by the Data Subject, referred to in section 2.2, also include the email address used for registration to the newsletter service.
The legal basis for this purpose is the consent given by the Data Subject at the time of registration for the service, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter (a) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.
The provision of data for this purpose is necessary in order to subscribe to the newsletter service.
These data are stored within the national territory on the web servers of the company hosting this Website and providing the newsletter service, which has therefore been appointed as Data Processor pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.
4. Data Recipients
The personal data provided may be shared, for the purposes described above, with parties who will process such data as Data Processors (Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and/or with individuals acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (Article 29 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
5. Data Subject Rights
Article 13, paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 sets out the rights of the Data Subject.
In particular, the Data Subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to personal data (Article 15), as well as the rectification (Article 16) or erasure of such data (Article 17), the restriction of processing concerning the Data Subject (Article 18), or to object to their processing (Article 21).
